Flat Pack - General Information:

What do I get?

In each order, you will receive:

  •  Precision CNC machined cabinet parts with high quality edgebanding.

  • All hardware required to assemble your project including cabinet assembly screws, installation screws, shelf pins, adjustable           cabinet feet, screw cover caps, rubber door bumpers, soft closing hinges and fully adjustable hinge plates.

Things to note before you order:

  • Cabinet depths do not include the cabinet door. Allow an additional 7/8" (3/4" for doo and 1/8" for bumper) when factoring in required clearances.

  • Panels, ends and toe kicks are sold seperately from the cabinets. Please see the Applied panels and toe kick section in the online store.

  • Standard drawer depth is 500mm (20").

  • handles are sold seperately and can be found in the hardware section of the online store

How do you deliver and what is the delivery fee?

Shipping & delivery methods: In addition to picking up your order, we work with an independent trucking company for deliveries within our 150 mile radius. We can wrap and palatalize orders to be shipped anywhere. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. We are happy to offer estimated shipping charges.

What happens if a part is incorrect or damaged?

 

We stand behind our product, but accidents to happen! If we have shipped something damaged prior to shipping or made incorrectly, we will send you a replacement part within 24 hours.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Not at this time. To keep cost low, we have a completely didgital catalog.

Do you accept hand written or faxed orders?

No, ordered are only accepted using our online ordering system.

I'm lost, can you help with my design?

Absolutely! For a small fee we can help with the design of the flat pack program. Alternately, you can use the contact page to get in touch directly for a custom project.

Do you offer payment terms?

Not at this time. Full payment by credit card, cash or cheque is required before order is processed.

Do you have a show room where I can see samples?

We do not have a show room per say, but feel free to book an appointment at our factory. We would be happy to show you the samples we have on hand

I don't see something I need in your catalog. Can you make it for me?

Of course! Our parent company is a custom woodworking shop which can make anything! Please use the contact page to get in touch.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Client is responsible for providing accurate dimensions of products required and must sign off production order before processing commences.

  • As this is a custom made to order product, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged in any way. Please ensure you understand what you are ordering!

  • Once order confirmation has been signed off, no changes can be made to the order.

  • Due to space limitations in our facility, orders left uncollected after 5 business days will incur a daily storage fee.

  • Empty pallets and packaging materials such as plywood, cardboard, and foam are to be discarded by the customer at the customer's expense.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
